Buying our wine
• You must be 18 years of age or older to shop on our website or to take delivery of our wine.
• Our wines are for personal use only and not for resale.
• Orders are by credit card only.
• Shipping costs will be applied at checkout.
Refunds, returns and shipping
• Wine that is damaged during transit will be replaced. Please contact us as soon as possible.
• No refund or exchange is offered for change of mind or if the wine is not to your personal taste.
• Wine is a perishable product and must be stored correctly which you take personal responsibility for.
• Shipping can take up to 21 business days from the date of dispatch (excluding WA orders which may take longer).
• Please contact us directly to discuss wholesale purchase.
Wine club terms and conditions
• You must be 18 years of age or older to join our wine club.
• Our wines are for personal use only and not for resale.
• At the time of joining, payment will be taken and you will receive your first order to activate your membership. Following that, and thereafter, you will be on the recurring payment plan prescribed by each wine club (Maclean members: two payments a year; Bay members: three payments a year).
• To exit our wine club you must let us know by email at least two weeks before dispatch.
• To change the mixture of wines in your wine club order you must let us know by email at least two weeks before dispatch.
Maclean members:
o 15% discount (discount applies to the current price as stated on this website; prices are subject to change without notice).
o Customer will be charged and will receive their first 12+ wines upon joining the club and again on 1 May and 1 November, ongoing.
o 12+ wines delivered, at least twice a year (minimum 24 bottles per year).
o Free freight.
Bay members
o 10% discount (discount applies to the current price as stated on this website; prices are subject to change without notice).
o Customer will be charged and will receive their first 6+ wines upon joining the club and again on 1 May, 1 August and 1 November, ongoing.
o 6+ wines delivered, at least three a year (minimum 18 bottles per year)
